Under 30 days, exchanges or returns can be proceeded. If the product is damaged due to your negligence, it is not possible to exchange it for free. For the first exchange, you will have to pay for the one way shipping expenses. If you exchange for the second time, you must pay for the round-trip shipping. After 30 days, exchange cannot be applied.
